RIBBONS

Five stock ribbons that take a print, 3/8 to 4 inches wide

Two single face satins, a double face satin, a grosgrain and a taffeta. Pick by hand feel and finish, then the width. Every one comes in 100 yard rolls. Open a ribbon's color chart to see every color it prints on.

FAQ

Custom ribbon questions

How much ribbon do I have to order?

Hot stamp printing starts at 10 rolls of 100 yards, which is 1,000 yards in one pattern and width. Screen printing starts at 30 rolls. Ribbon color can change once within a hot stamp order if the print, width and foil stay the same.

Hot stamp or screen print, which should I choose?

Hot stamp is the quicker, lower minimum choice and gives you metallic and gloss foils. Screen print is more durable, prints best on grosgrain and lets us match a PMS color. If you are not sure, send the logo and the ribbon and we will recommend one.

How long does it take?

Production runs 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the layout. Reorders reuse the plate or screen on file, so they move straight into production.

Can I print on the ribbon I already buy from you?

Yes. Dyna Satin is the same pattern we stock plain, so you can order it printed in the same width and color. Ask us about the other ribbons in our stock line.

What artwork do you need?

A print ready PDF with fonts outlined, in black and white. We size it to the print area, set the repeat and send you a layout to approve. Our artwork team can help if you only have a logo file.

Can you tie the ribbon into bows or cut it for me?

Yes. The same printed ribbon can be made into pre-tied bows with twist ties, elastic loops, stretch loops or sewn attachments, or cut into strips of any length with heat sealed ends and packed in polybags.
