Frosted, flexible and reusable, in three sizes

Frost Flex is the soft frosted cup you see at weddings, tailgates and stadium bars. It squeezes without cracking, goes home with the guest and prints in the same six colors.

Every clear PET size takes standard cold-cup lids, so you can keep buying lids anywhere. Lids are quoted separately from the cups. Frost Flex is an open cup.

Pick how much of the cup carries your brand. The same sample logo is shown three ways on a 24 oz clear PET cup.

One colorYour logo in a single ink, front only or front and back. The classic cafe look and the most common order.

Two colorsA second ink for an accent, a tagline or a color-matched logo.

Full wrapA pattern or design around the whole cup in up to six colors. White ink is one of them, and it is what makes color pop on clear.

Custom plastic cup questions

How many plastic cups do I have to order?

The minimum is 5,000 cups in one size with one design, for both clear PET and Frost Flex. Quotes are given at 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 cups.

How long does it take?

Production runs 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the proof. Quotes and proofs each come back within 1 business day. Reorders are typically faster.

What is the difference between clear PET and Frost Flex?

Clear PET is the crystal-clear single-use cold cup used for iced coffee and smoothies, in six sizes with matching lids. Frost Flex is a frosted, flexible, reusable cup in three sizes with no lid, made for bars, events and party favors.

Which lids fit?

The 12/14, 16, 20 and 24 oz clear PET cups all take the same lid, in flat straw-slot, dome and no-slot styles. The 9 oz and 32 oz have their own lids. Frost Flex cups do not take a lid.

How many colors can I print?

Up to six spot colors on either cup, on one side, two sides or as a full wrap. One-color logos are the most common and print crisp on clear.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Ask for cup and lid samples with your quote and test them with your drinks before you order.
