Six steps to your custom garment bags

A bold logo, a solid ink, a bag color that sets it off

• FilesVector PDF, AI or EPS with fonts outlined.
• Art styleSolid line art and text print cleanest on fabric and on film. Fine hairlines and small type fill in, so we flag them on the proof.
• Ink on dark bagsMetallic gold, silver and white are the classic choices on black, navy and hunter. On tan, creme and clear film a dark ink reads best.
• PlacementNon-woven: large on the logo side, smaller beside the zipper, or both.
• The plastic bag repeatPlastic bags print from a repeating plate as the film runs, on an 18 inch random repeat. Each print starts 18 inches below the last one, so a print can land across a perforation and one bag may carry a different number of imprints than the next. It is the look you see on most printed garment bags. If you want the logo in the same place on every bag, ask about spot printing.
• Color matchPlastic bags print in 16 ink colors, and we can match your own color for an additional charge. Non-woven bags take a PMS ink match as well.
• ProofA digital proof shows your logo at size on the bag. Nothing prints until you sign it.
